HUMAN ECOSYSTEMS AT THE GALLERY PROJECT IN DETROIT
Human Ecosystems, sarà presente presso la Galleria Progetti, a Detroit, per la mostra Unseen dal 1° agosto al 31 agosto 2014, con l’installazione 10 minuti a Detroit. L’opera fornisce in maniera visuale, una mappa dell‘attività sui social networks nella città di Detroit dal 30 giugno 2014, utilizzando tecniche di data visualization per rappresentare i diversi relational ecosystems
Unseen è curata da Rocco DePietro e Gloria Pritschet, che parlano così dell’esposizione: “This process of discovery has always driven thinkers and image makers: artists, scientists and philosophers, from astronomers to nanotechnologists, from documentarians and data analysts to planners and prognosticators. As the unseen becomes seeable and seen, a pivot occurs, revealing and demanding irreversible change. No one who has seen is ever the same.”
